Farrah has advised a variety of clients, from SME’s to ultra-high net worth individuals and acted for institutions such as the City of London Corporation in a variety of disputes.
Azima -v- Ras Al Kiamah Investment Authority, Gerrard, Dechert & Ors (HC-2016-002798; A3/2020/1271; UKSC 2021/0084):- Acting for an aviation tycoon on a claim remitted to retrial by the Court of Appeal. The claim is for damages arising from the hacking and setting aside a judgement procured by fraud. This is a widely reported case concerning the hacking of an aviation tycoon by a foreign sovereign wealth fund and allegedly assisted by Dechert LLP and other Additional Defendant parties orchestrating the biggest fraud and cover up against the English legal system.
