Working across various sectors, Farrah’s approach is to understand the client’s goals and provide creative and strategic solutions to help achieve desired results in a cost-effective manner. Farrah’s experience is broad, and her focus is on providing pragmatic and commercially astute advice to her clients to reach quick resolutions when possible. Farrah has also acted for and against various financial institutions to resolve disputes over lending facilities and enforcement action. Farrah has advised a variety of clients, from SME’s to ultra-high net worth individuals and acted for institutions such as the City of London Corporation in a variety of disputes.

Azima -v- Ras Al Kiamah Investment Authority, Gerrard, Dechert & Ors (HC-2016-002798; A3/2020/1271; UKSC 2021/0084):- Acting for an aviation tycoon on a claim remitted to retrial by the Court of Appeal. The claim is for damages arising from the hacking and setting aside a judgement procured by fraud. This is a widely reported case concerning the hacking of an aviation tycoon by a foreign sovereign wealth fund and allegedly assisted by Dechert LLP and other Additional Defendant parties orchestrating the biggest fraud and cover up against the English legal system.
