Fraser has exclusively practised Family Law since his qualification in 2008. He has acquired extensive experience in dealing with financial and children cases ranging from the “comparatively straightforward” (albeit each is unique with its own set of distinctive features) to more complex cases involving an international element or high net-worth families. He has practised in London since qualification but is happy to accept instructions from across the jurisdiction of England and Wales, having represented clients previously from throughout the UK.
Fraser is a member of Resolution, a community of legal professionals committed to taking a constructive approach to resolving client problems, and he believes that the best way forward is to avoid confrontation wherever possible. This saves on costs and makes a potentially difficult situation more manageable. He is prepared to be firm if required.
Fraser believes it is essential to establish a good rapport with clients from the outset and goes the extra mile to do so. He is always approachable. Giving honest and practical advice in plain English about what to expect from the process ahead and keeping clients informed as a case develops is critical to his approach.
