Eva is a commercial real estate solicitor helping businesses, investors and developers complete their property transactions smoothly and with confidence. In addition to her commercial practice, she also advises individuals and investors on residential property matters.

Eva works with landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers, occupiers, funders and investors on the agreements that underpin their day-to-day property activity. Her work covers both commercial and residential transactions, including:

• Sale & purchase agreements (commercial and residential)
• Conditional and option agreements
• Commercial leases and pre-emption agreements
• Development, promotion and overage agreements
• Property finance and funding arrangements
• Licences, deeds and ancillary documentation
