Nazli Kartal

Job Title: Consultant Solicitor

Nazli has extensive experience advising a wide range of clients, including companies, developers, investors, overseas clients, and high-net-worth individuals on residential and commercial property transactions. Her expertise includes commercial finance transactions and new-build developments.

In addition to her real estate practice, Nazli has gained international experience advising multinational companies on complex cross-border matters, including mergers and acquisitions, distribution agreements, and the incorporation and establishment of new companies through drafting incorporation documents and advising on corporate structuring. 

Outside of work, Nazli enjoys rock climbing and hiking and has a keen interest in health and nutrition. She is a qualified Nutrition Coach and an accredited member of the Royal Society for Public Health.
