Paul offers over 30 years’ experience as a commercial lawyer, in private practice and as legal counsel in private and public sector organisations. This includes over 20 years’ senior management experience, both running his own legal practice for 12 years and as a Partner heading up commercial and technology legal teams in large legal practices.
Paul has an innate appreciation of the demands facing business leaders. He delivers timely and accessible legal solutions, flexing between the technical detail and the wider direction of travel, mitigating risk and achieving closure in line with corporate objectives; facilitating long-term, win-win business relationships.
Paul’s in-house experience covers enterprises in the telecommunications, IT, Fintech, financial services, utility, and transportation research sectors.
