Tom Flatau joined Setfords in March 2017 as Head of Real Estate.

Tom has worked for a number of major City firms including Davies Arnold Cooper (now DAC Beechcroft), Simmons and Simmons and Olswang.

Tom has spent 20 years advising major residential developers, corporations and financial institutions in relation to acquisitions, disposals and property management. He has also acted for a number of major restaurant chains.
