Setford Solicitors is pleased to welcome a new consultant who specialises in commercial property and residential development and regeneration work.
Tim Ackrel has been involved in dozens of multi-million pound property deals during his career in the North and the Midlands, including working with a large developer client on a major regeneration project in partnership with Wolverhampton City Council.
Tim said: “I’m very excited about joining Setfords. Right now the Manchester commercial and residential markets are both very busy – there’s plenty of work to do and that’s why I needed a support team behind me that I could rely upon. And that’s what Setfords provides.”
Tim joins Setfords after 12 years working in the Derbyshire and Greater Manchester areas in both private practice and in industry. His roles include nearly two years as an associate at Irwin Mitchell.
