Two consultant lawyers who work as conveyancers for Setfords have both been shortlisted for a prestigious award, run in association with The Sunday Times and The Times and overseen by the property ombudsman.
Rose Davis and Sarah Gillbe have been shortlisted in the Individual Conveyancer category of the 2016 Estate Agency of the Year Awards.
The awards are sponsored by Zoopla and are the most highly regarded of their kind in the industry.
The judging is chaired by the property ombudsman with a panel of industry experts and property professionals helping decide the winners.

Sarah Gillbe said: “I am thrilled to be in the running for such a prestigious award.”
