Setfords highlighted for innovative best practice in key Westminster publication, The Parliamentary Review

Setfords Solicitors has featured alongside the Prime Minister Theresa May in The Parliamentary Review – an MP-backed publication that showcases best practice from across the public and private sector, with the aim of sharing knowledge and raising standards.

Highlighted as an innovator in legal services, Setfords features for having radicalised the structure and organisation of the traditional law firm. The Review acts as both a blueprint for success and a template for reform. As an award-winning, consultant-model firm Setfords has been included for the innovative ways in which it delivers support, services and flexibility for its lawyers, enabling them to deliver a superior service for clients.

Chris Setford, co-CEO of Setfords Solicitors commented: “It is testament to the turning tides within the legal sector that a disruptive model such as Setfords is being showcased as a blueprint for the future. This is a sector often viewed as staid, but we are proof that lawyers and clients alike want, and are embracing change.”

“Everything we do is based on the simple idea that happier lawyers mean happier clients,” added Guy Setford, co-CEO. “With expert support teams, underpinned by the latest technology, we are able to remove the constraints traditionally placed on lawyers and deliver a better way of working that suits them and their clients.”

Established by former minister Rt Hon David Curry in 2010, The Parliamentary Review’s release is now a key fixture in the political calendar. Supporting the publication, the PM’s former cabinet colleague, Sir Eric Pickles, Chairman of the Review, said: “It has never been more important for government to hear the views of business and the public sector in a constructive forum. It is also a vital time to share best practice and progress.”

The Parliamentary Review’s executive director Daniel Yossman concurred, saying “Setfords Solicitors and other hardworking organisations from across the country have come together to make the Review possible”.
